Overview of job GroupM is the leading global media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for aGMK Managerto join us. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of staff to do the media evaluation and the digital media review report at regular intervals. You are hoped to upgrade the modelling system for program performance forecast as well. Reporting of the role This role reports to theGMK Associate Director. 3 best things about the job: You will support the decision making of management team Large amount of data sources will broaden your horizon Learning will be a part of your daytoday job toenhance your ability of filter process and integrate useful information In this role your goals will be: In three months: Fully familiarized withall the data sources available Fully familiarized with all the works cooperated with GroupM agencies To work with IT persons to improve two sites owned by GroupM Knowledge Familiarized yourself with company processes and workflows In six months: Manage the content on two sites owned by GroupM Knowledge Help the management level or clients to make decision with data support from you In 12 months: Individually take charge of communicating with agencies or clients What your day job looks like at GroupM: Media consumer analysis report Communication with agencies regarding business GroupM Knowledge sites analysis and management Internal training presented for databases tools Talent management Quality control for each deliverable Attend various training to level yourself up What you will bring: An open mind an attitude willing to learn Strong analytical skills ability to summarize and disseminate key points from datasets such as consumer database TV ratings ad expenditure online behavior analysis etc. Excellent communication skills in oral and written Chinese as well as English With active thinking but detailedoriented in working Minimum requirements: A bachelor degree in the field such as Advertising Media StatisticsSocial Psychology etc. At least 3 years experiences in media agency or research house At least 1 years experiences as a team leader Competent in readingwriting English Excellent at Excel PowerPoint and basic skill at statistical software such as SPSS; R python is a plus
